NEW: Register Your Account Info

SAVE TIME! Now you can register your customer account information. Sign in before placing an order and your info will automatically populate on your order.
This will also enable you to view your order history, see tracking numbers of previous orders and quickly reorder gifts.
Customer registration is optional. If you don't wish to register you can "Shop As A Guest" and still receive our great personal customer service.
SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT
Choose "Register" at the very very top of the page. See the large green arrow on our photo???
To create your sign-in, choose "Google", "Yahoo", "Aol" (or coming soon "Facebook") -- whichever is your email provider -- or open a free account with one of them. At this time we can not use domains as sign-ins.
Sign in to your email account. For advanced security you will sign in using your email account as your user name. That way, we have no record of your password and your account is totally secure only to you. And you won’t have to remember an additional username or password.
Enter your details. Note, this info will populate onto your order form, however, you can change any information on the order itself.
If you wish your orders to be confirmed to a different email address you can change the email address here in details or directly on the order form.
If you generally ship to a third-party (not yourself) you can leave the ship-to info fields blank (except for state and country which you may have to change on your orders).
CHANGE YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS
Once you have registered you can change your details at any time. Just
Choose "Sign In" at the very very top of the page. See the large green arrow on our photo??? Or if you are already signed in and you see a personal greeting then choose "My Account."
Choose "Account Settings."
Choose "edit" on the far right side.
Make any changes you wish and then press SAVE or CANCEL.
Choose "Keep Shopping" to return to our site.
MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT
For purchases made online...
SEE ORDER HISTORY We will retain your order history summary of gifts you have ordered online from the time you register your account. Note, if you ordered by telephone or fax your purchase will not be shown.
TRACKING NUMBERS See order status in the Shipping Status field. Once your order has been shipped you will see a tracking # in this field. We email you tracking numbers on ship date but you can also see them here, and quickly track your gifts by clicking directly on the tracking number.
REORDER GIFTS Easily reorder a gift by clicking on the shopping card icon in the reorder column.
NEW: SAVE CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD INFO including billing address to your account following a purchase, or you can add, edit, or delete up to 10 credit or debit cards and billing address information using your "My Account" page "Saved Cards" tab.
