A butter cookie tart shell has rich creamy cheesecake filling, topped with a ruby red relish of cranberries, walnuts and mandarin oranges  then decoratively finished with a border of cream cheese frosting. This delicious tart was selected as an "Outstanding Dessert" Finalist at the 1992 International Fancy Food Show. (the last year we exhibited at this show)   Sure to be a favorite on your holiday table.
