To further enhance the tasting experience, we include matching wine cheese spread samples of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon & Chardonnay and Monet Crackers with a classic wooden cheese board and knife set. Robert Mondavi Private Selection Cabernet Sauvignon blend from California. Black cherry, black currant and plum fruit, complemented by vanilla, char and toasty notes greet the nose of this Red Wine,$45.

Robert Mondavi Private Selection Chardonnay. Peach, nectarine and citrus with subtle butter and vanilla toastiness creates a classic White California Chardonnay, $45.

Domaine St Michelle sparkling white wine from Washington State; it is light and fruity, $42.

Mumms Napa Curvee California Sparkling Wine is a good midpriced choice, $57.

Gosset Brut Excellence French Champagne which is complex, lively and elegant on the nose, fresh on the tongue with flavors of pear, honeysuckle and vine flower aromas, slightly influenced by Pinot Noir, $75.

Perrier Jouet Grand Brut French Champagne -- is light bodied and a true champagne, $89.
