Their Choices when they redeem certificate:
Step 1: THEY WILL SELECT ONE MAIN COURSE

Two LIVE 1 1/4 lb Maine Lobsters with shell crackers, fresh lemon, clarified real butter, seafood forks, bibs and moist towelettes.

Four 4-5 oz frozen Maine Lobster Tails (2 for each person) with clarified real butter and a heavy duty Lobster Shears

Two 6 oz aged Filet Mignon steaks, two 4-5 oz frozen Maine Lobster Tails and clarified real butter.

Step 2: THEY WILL SELECT ONE SOUP

New England Clam Chowder (18 oz)

Lobster Bisque (18 oz)

Shrimp and Roasted Corn Chowder (18 oz)

Manhattan Clam Chowder (18 oz)
All soups also include oyster crackers.

Step 3: THEY WILL SELECT ONE SEAFOOD-CAKE

Maryland Style Premium Crab Cakes (two 4 oz cakes)

Lobster Cakes (two 4 oz cakes)

Crab & Shrimp Cakes (two 3 oz cakes)

Bite Size Mini Maryland Style Premium Crab Cakes (twelve .75 oz each)

Usually we can send your gift certificate within 24 hours or next business day.

If you would like the GIFT CERTIFICATES sent via REGULAR POSTAL MAIL there is NO additional charge.

Sending gift certificate via 2 DAY AIR the certificate will arrive within 2 BUSINESS days of shipment Monday through Friday by 5 PM to businesses, 7 PM to residences for most areas of the country--cost $12.95.

Sending gift certificate via NEXT DAY STANDARD OVERNIGHT service Monday through Friday the certificate will arrive the following BUSINESS day (not weekends, not holidays) after shipment by 5 PM to businesses, 7 PM to residences for most areas of the country--cost $17.95. Standard Overnight not available to some rural areas--we will contact you if this service not available to your destination.

Sending gift certificate via NEXT DAY PRIORITY OVERNIGHT service Monday through Friday the certificate will arrive the following BUSINESS day (not weekends, not holidays) after shipment by 10:30 to MOST areas of the country but may not be delivered until 7 PM to some rural areas--cost $21.95. You may call us at 1-800-878-GIFT or call Fed ex at 1-800-GO FEDEX to verify delivery time to your destination.

If you would like the gift certificate DELIVERED SATURDAY there is a $33.95 charge. Please be sure to choose Saturday delivery for cerficiate or it will be delivered Monday - Friday. NOTE: Saturday delivery not available to all areas of the country. You may call us at 1-800-878-GIFT or call Fed ex at 1-800-GO FEDEX to verify Saturday delivery availability and time to your area.

Please note caveats for your recipient's destination
LOBSTER TAILS can ship to all 50 states. Thus we can ship tails to Alaska and Hawaii but shipping is slightly more expensive so we will call you with additional shipping charges for your approval. LIVE LOBSTERS only ship to lower 48 states.

CERTIFICATE REDEMPTION SHIPPING CHARGE: We add the shipping charge onto your order so that when they redeem the certificates the order is completely paid for (including shipping). Thus, when you check out, the order form will indicate in the grand total the shipping charge for the recipient's redemption of the certificate. The recipient has nothing to pay--they just enjoy.

MASS AND NH DESTINATIONS: Due to restrictions set forth by the Massachusetts Dept. Of Fisheries & Wildlife, and the New Hampshire Dept. Of Natural Resources, we are unable to ship Maine lobster tails to Massachusetts and New Hampshire. We will substitute Tristan or Brazilian lobster tails at no additional charge for shipments to MASS and NH.

Dinner for Four doubles the amount of food in Dinner for Two except it includes one dessert which serves 6-8 persons and one Lobster Shears if they choose the lobster tails. Same choices as gift certificate serving 2 persons, however, they may choose two different soups and two different types of seafood-cakes if they wish.
